Ingredients

2 C Almond Milk unsweetened
2 T chia seeds
1 T ground flax seeds
1/2 C blueberries
1/4 C (3T) hemp protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
little bit of sweetener like Stevia or Truvia
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and whip it up. Let it sit for about 15 minutes while the chia seeds soak up the liquid to make it more "gelled".
