    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)

Tips

I am sure that you be quite creative with this recipe. Adding Flaxseed, adding different extracts for flavorings. This is very versatile and amazingly deceptive. If a Gluten Free oatmeal is used you have a gluten free pancake.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
