Ingredients

2 pkg puff pastry, 4 sheets, thawed
1/2 c flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 t ground cinnamon
2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla
2 eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Spray bottom and sides of 12 muffin pan.
On lightly floured surface, unfold ea pastry sheet & cut each sheet into 9 even squares.
* Press each square into ea muffin cup, pulling the corners up & out; press the corners down on the muffin pan.
* Mix flour, walnuts, brown sugar & cinnamon until crumbly.
* Sprinkle 1 T of mix into the bottom of ea pastry cup.
* With mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & egg till smooth & fluffy.
* Scoop mix and pour into ea. pastry cup over nut mixture.
Bake 15 min.
Reduce heat to 375
Bake additional5-7 min until golden.
Chill 1 hr. Garnish w/berries if desired.
