Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched,
    1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3/4 cup
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3/4 cup
    Apple, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw shredded, 1 medium
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 8 oz

Tips

For a different flavor, you can substitute sheddred zuccini for the carrot.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients, apple, carrot, and walnuts together. Stir in applesauce, vanilla and milk.
Fill 12 sprayed muffin cups and bake at 375 for 22 to 25 minutes.
