Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
1/2 C milk
1 Egg Yolk
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Wondra Flour for gravies and sauces, 2 TB
Tomato Paste, 2 tsp
Low Sodium Beef Broth, 1 cup
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp fresh rosemary (or half as much dried)
1 tsp fresh thyme (or half as much dried)
Frozen corn, 1/2 cup
Peas, frozen, 1/2 cup
Ground beef, lean, 12 oz (or ground meat of your choice) You can also decrease calories and fat by using some ground mushrooms

1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped carrots
4 cloves minced garlic
4 TB flour
4 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 Cup corn
1 cup peas
1.5 pounds ground meat
Bake in a 15x9 inch pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Boil potatoes until tender and drain. Mash and add egg yolk.
While potatoes are cooking Saute vegetables with garlic. Set aside.
Brown and drain meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add flour to meat for 1 minute.
Add broth, sauce, paste and spices. Simmer for 10-12 min.
Add corn and peas.
Spread in 11x7 pan. Top with mashed potatoes.Get creative and make swirls and designs!
