Ingredients

    2 Cans lo fat beef stock
    1 pound of lean beef cut into small cubes
    Garlic three cloves
    Fresh chopped onion, celery, carrot, rutabaga, potato and cabbage one cup minimum of each.
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    3 cups water
    Chives 2 tbs
    Parsley 2 tbs
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place water and broth in large pot, Cube meat and remove all fat. Bring meat to a boil over high heat. When boiling add canned tomatoes then cover and reduce heat to low. Meanwhile clean and chop vegetables. Add vegetables, except peas,garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add Chives, Parsley and Peas. Cook until peas are tender but not falling apart.

Serving Size: Makes 12- 8 ounce servings
