Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup dry nonfat milk powder
    3 servings vanilla whey protein powder
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup chopped dates
    1/4 cup almonds (chopped)
    1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
    3 tbsp ground flax seeds
    1/3 cup lite coconut milk
    1-2 tbsp water
    1/4 tsp coconut flavor (optional)

Tips

It is easier to spread in the pan if you use a sprayed spoon or slightly wet hands. Be careful not to add too much water or they do not solidify well.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add coconut milk. Mix thoroughly. Add water and mix. It should be a thick blob of dough. Spray an 8x8 pan and press mixture into it. Chill for 1-2 hours. Cut into 8 bars.

Serving Size: makes 8 4" bars
