Ingredients

Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 20 small sliced
Pasta, cooked, 16 oz and cooled
Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup julienne/chopped (i used the oil as well and put less olive oil at end
Scallions, raw, 3 large chopped
Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
Blue Cheese, 4 oz crumbled
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Tips
I use the oil that is in the sundried tomatoe bottle. It is very flavorful.
Directions
1. Cook past and cool under cold water. Set aside.
2. Chop olives, sundried tomatoes, scallions and garlic and put together in large bowl.
3. Crumble blue cheese and add to bowl.
Mix all well. Add pasta and mix well. Add salt, pepper and additional olive oil to coat well. (Use your own judgement on how oily you wish to have your salad). Refrigerate and serve cold.
