Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 t. sea salt
    1/2 t. ground black pepper
    2 T. chili powder
    1/2 t. ground red pepper (or more to taste)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green & red bell pepper
    2 - 15.5 oz cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans
    1 28 oz can Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 28 oz can Hunt's Crushed Tomatoes

Directions

Brown ground beef until crumbly & no longer pink; drain off any fat. Stir in chopped onions & peppers, cook until onions are translucent. Add salt, pepper, chili powder and red pepper, stir. Add tomatoes and beans, stir throughly. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
