Introduction

This is a great breakfast or snack idea. I find that the days I consume less veggies/fruits I whip up one of these and it gets me back on track! This is a great breakfast or snack idea. I find that the days I consume less veggies/fruits I whip up one of these and it gets me back on track!

Ingredients

    5 small strawberries
    1 small banana
    1/2 Cup Dannon Activia Vanilla Yogurt (you may substitue any yougurt, calories count will vary)
    3/4 Cup Orange Juice
    Ice (amount varies, depending upon desired thickness of smoothie)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend. Add ice to accommodate desired thickness. Enjoy!!!
