Ingredients

    yeast
    salt
    water
    flour

Directions

Add yeast to water and salt. Add flour and mix lightly. cover bowl with plastic wrap and let set 12 hours. Form dough into a ball on a floured piece of freezer paper. Let set for 2 hours. Heat covered crock in 480 degree oven. Add dough carefully and quickly to crock. Cover and bake for 30 mins. Uncover and bake for an extra 10 mins.
