Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lbs ground turkey
    1 TBLS Olive oil
    1 Sweet onion (I used red and yellow)
    4 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
    1 tsp ground cumin
    3 cans (16 oz) black beans
    1 large can (32 oz) Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
    1 cup chicken broth
    salt
    peper

Tips

I usually eat my chili with macaroni and cheese but you can add whatever you like...

enjoy.


Directions

brown ground turkey in olive oil, add onion and saute.
add in chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Mix with tomatoes, black beans (drain and rinse 2 cans of black beans before adding them) and chicken broth.

I put it all in a crock pot for several hours but you could do it all on the stove in as little as half an hour.
