Ingredients

Part 1:
1/3 cup sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 pkg graham crackers (8 crackers)
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Part 2:
1 cup sugar
3 pkgs cream cheese (24 oz)
1 tbsp vanilla
5 eggs
Part 3:
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray cheesecake pan with non stick spray, form a piece of foil under pan to catch drips.
In food processor combine ingredients in Part 1, press mixture in bottom of cheesecake pan to form crust. Bake 10 minutes, Cool 30 minutes
In food processor combine ingredients in Part 2, pour into cheesecake pan, bake 50-60 minutes until top looks solid except for a soft spot in very center. Immediately do step 3. Leave oven on.
In bowl combine ingredients in Part 3 and pour on top of cheescake and return to hot oven for 10 mnutes.
Cool completely on kitchen counter for 2 hours before covering with foil and storing in refrigerator. Best prepared the day before serving. Can be frozen, best if pre sliced to freeze.
