Ingredients

1.5 cups of flour (wheat or white) I used white thats what I had on hand.

1/4 tsp of salt (a pinch or non at all - your choice)

    1/3 cup of boiling water

    1 tbsp of shortening

Tips

It's hard to just eat one! You can eat this with almost any meal.

Directions

In a bowl mix the flour, salt, and shortening, until the shortening is dissolved into the flour and salt. Once the water is boiling add a lil at a time until it all mixes together into a dough. Once the dough is mixed you can seperate the dough into 8 even sized dough balls. Set them to the side in a kitceh towel for about 5 minutes. Once the dough sets you're ready to roll out each tortilla. You can place them on a plate once you're done and put a plastic grocery bag around them and place them in the fridge and pull out once you're ready to cook. When you cook keep your stove on medium setting, make sure you flip them so they cook evenly, it should cook within a few minutes, 1 or 2 minutes per side.

Enjoy
