    1 lb ground beef
    1 1/2 cups cooked and mashed black beans
    1 cup crushed whole wheat crackers
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    4 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dry mustard
    dash pepper

    1/2 cup water
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp mustard


Depending on the size of your loaf pan you may need to add 1/2 the sauce after to loaf has been cooking for 30 minutes.


Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the ingredients for the loaf. Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over the loaf. Bake for 1 hour, or until no longer pink.
