Ingredients

    8 ounces fresh green beans, halved crosswise
    2 tsps sesame seeds
    1/2 cup orange juice
    2 TBSP soy sauce
    1 TBSP sesame oil
    1TBSP cornstarch
    zest of one orange
    1/2 cup bias cut green onions
    1 TBSP grated fresh ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 TBSP olive oil
    12 ounces boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    1 orange peeled, halved and thinly sliced

Tips

Serve over rice.


Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add sesame seeds and garlic, sautee until slightly brown, add onions and ginger, sautee for 1 minute, add beans, sautee another minute. Remove from skillet and set aside. Brown beef in skillet. While beef is cooking mix orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, orange zest and cornstarch. When beef has reached desired done-ness add sauce and simmer until thickened. Fold in orange slices and simmer until warm.
