Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 TBS. garlic, crushed
    1 Tbs. ketchup
    basil
    oregano
    salt
    pepper

Tips

Spices are approximate and can be adjusted to your taste. The milk is also approximate and depends on how "wet" the turkey is.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1 1/2" balls. Bake in 350 oven until cooked.
