Ingredients

    Jack Fruit, Fresh, shredded 1 cup (remove)
    *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, .75 cup (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 4 fl oz (remove)
    *Dried Oregano, 2 tsp (remove)
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

heat margine in skillit, add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes, or untill soft. add jackfruit and cook 20 minutes or untill browned.

add broth 2tbs of lemon juice oregano, soy sauce and season w/salt and pepper. simmer for 10-15 minutes or untill liquid has almost completely evaporated

stir in remaining lemon juice and serve
