Ingredients

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
Basil
Oregano
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
1 small can tomato sauce (8 oz)
25 slices turkey pepperoni
2/3 C shredded mozzarella
2 T shredded parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven according to dough instructions.
Brown hamburger along with basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Roll out dough on greased cookie sheet. Spread with tomato sauce leaving an inch clear along one of the long sides. Add pepperoni, half the cheese, the browned meat, and the remainder of the cheese.
Roll up dough leaving the one clear edge to last. Pinch closed seams and both ends.
Bake dough until golden (13-15 minutes). Remove from oven and cover with foil. Place back in oven for another 3-5 minutes. Cut and serve dressed with any remaining tomato sauce.
Serve 4-6
