Ingredients

    1 Pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    1/4 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    2 slices red onion, chopped
    1/4 Cup Mayonaisse (any kind)
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste

    Mix and serve. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.

Tips

Sometimes I add chopped ham (lean, low-fat cooked ham from the deli is great also) or bacon bits in place of the bacon depending on what I have on hand.


Directions

Crumble Bacon. Thaw Peas. Mix ingredients together.
