    4 Romaine Lettuce leaves
    1/4 Trader Joe's Kale,
    1/2 Fuji Apples,
    1 1/2 Carrots, raw,
    1/2 Lemons, .
    1 large stalk of Celery

Tips

Use a disposable plastic bag to line the discard container of your juicer, all left over skin, seeds and pulp will go into the bag. Take it out one less piece to clean.


Directions

Cut ingredients up so that they fit in your juicer without getting jammed in the chute. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
