Ingredients

    1 cup lowfat buttermilk
    2 TBSP butter
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 TBSP plain, lowfat yogurt (on top, swirled)
    2 cups butternut squash (pureed)
    4 cups chicken broth

Directions

Combine ingredients, heat over stove.
Place yogurt on top and swirl with spoon.
