Ingredients

    Ingedients:
    1 1/4 lb diced pork (cube size depends on whether you prefer sauce or main course)
    1 lb Bueno Frozen Green Chile (mild)
    1 large to medium raw onion chopped course
    14.5 oz (1 can) Del Monte diced new potatoes (brand is unimportant)

Directions

In a large skillet, saute pork and onions for about 10min. Add the can of diced potatoes after 5 min. When onions are opaque, add the gren chili. Allow to simmer about 20 min. Add salt and/or Cayenne pepper to taste

Serving Size: makes about 5 servings as a main course
