    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Alcohol - Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine 1oz, 4 oz
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp)
    Sage, ground, .5 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


Mix the flour into the vegetable until it is combined and set aside.
Saute an onion in olive oil over medium/medium low heat until brown. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until soft. Add the garlic, thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Add the wine and bring to a simmer. After the wine is simmering add the vegetable broth and flour mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time. It will instantly thicken.
