Ingredients

    1 Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain
    1 slice, Kraft fat free singles- sharp cheddar
    1 slice Oscar Mayer Canadian Style Bacon
    1 Egg, Medium size
    1 tsp. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax oil

Directions

Toast the muffin and spread with Smart Balance.
Heat the canadian Bacon
Fry the egg, over firm (break the yoke), in a nonstick pan with a quick spritz of Pam and a bit of salt and pepper.
Put the cheese on the muffin followed by the canadian bacon and the egg and enjoy a delicious, guilt free, egg mcmuffin.
