Introduction
Not too sweet and oil free banana bread, designed for my sugar free mostly raw vegan friend. Ingredients

1 cup Date Sugar
3 medium ripe Bananas
1/2 Applesauce, unsweetened
2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 6 tbsp water, let sit for a few minutes to get gooey (egg replacer)
1/2-3/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
1 2/3 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup carob powder
Tips
Can use ener-g egg replacer in place of flaxseed (I have not tried but the original recipe called for ener-g)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash the banana's in large bowl and add date sugar, applesauce & 1/2 a cup almond milk.
Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to banana mix. Add more almond milk if needed (batter will be thick but you want to be able to mix it easy)
Put batter into lightly greased loaf pan and bake for ~ 60 minutes.
