Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 - 32oz box of Swanson chicken Broth
    1 - regular can of Tomato Sauce
    1 lb Boneless, Skinless chicken breast cooked
    1 to 1.5 cups cooked rice (leftovers)
    2 cups frozen cut okra
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 jalepeno cut in large pieces (flavor)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

I typically make this the day after we have rice for dinner and use the left over rice.

Cook whole pieces of chicken in a skillet. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, cut it into small pieces.

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and set on high.

I usually cut the jalepeno into large pieces so that I can remove them before serving.

Makes about 6 1.5-2 cup servings.
