Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/3 cup unbleached white flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I like to do 7 tbsp regular and 1 tbsp special dark)
1 tbsp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt or nusalt
    2/3 cup Truvia
2/3 cup fat free vanilla yogurt (preferably organic)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (flours, cocoa, arrowroot, baking soda, salt and truvia) together in a medium-large mixing bowl. Add yogurt and stir, and continue to stir until mixture is well blended and shiny (about 3 minutes--takes some work). Pour batter into an 8x8 sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool completely and cut into 12 bars.
*****FOR BEST POSSIBLE TASTE/TEXTURE: this is the important part: let the brownies sit out in their pan overnight, covered in aluminum foil. The next day they will have an amazing texture and taste even more delicious than you imagine!
