Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground Beef (browned, drained)
    32 Oz Beef Broth
    1 Lb frozen mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, peas, green beans)
    1 Lb California style blend vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    1 28 Oz can diced tomatoes
    1 64 Oz tomato juice
    1 Red onion (sliced)
    1 Cup celery (diced)
    4 Med red potatos (diced)
    3 tsp liquid smoke
    2 tsp crushed garlic

Tips

Shreaded chicken breast and chicken broth can be substituted for beef.
Liquid smoke really makes the flavor of this soup!


Directions

Brown ground beef and drain
Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil or slow cook all day.
Season to taste
