Wake up to the smell of fresh apples, cinnamon and walnuts! Wake up to the smell of fresh apples, cinnamon and walnuts!
Number of Servings: 8


    2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1tbsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 cups oatmeal
    1 cup apple juice
    3 cups nonfat milk
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1tsp vanilla


Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, spread on bottom. Mix together apple juice, milk, oatmeal and vanilla. Sprinkle walnuts on top of apples and then add oatmeal mixture on top. Do not mix!

Let cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours and wake up to a hot, filling breakfast!

Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.
