Question: This calls for 10 apples. Serves 8. Please tell me the serving SIZE...my head seems to be dead. I want to make this for myself, and need to keep track of carbs in the foods I eat for my diabetes control. Serving SIZE? Please - 9/18/10

This looks good, & I can't wait to try-we just ordered a case of apples from a niece for a school fundraiser. I don't know what kind, but if they don't work, I will try the original recipe.
It's nice to see that people are doing the orig recipe w/o all kinds of immed subs-not many ratings though..
