Ingredients

    3 Medium Bananas - Mashed
    1/3 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup brown sugar (not packed)
    2 tsp. pure vanilla
    1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Flour Blend
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt
    1 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder
    1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Tips

You can add chocolate chips or nuts or both for a variation.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350`F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Place in a bottom greased and floured bread pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
