Ingredients

    400g (1tin) Lite Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
    1 cup Shredded Coconut
    150g Dried Cranberries
    100g Dried Blueberries
    15g Apple Spread (Apple syrup)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
Add sweetened condensed milk and apple spread
Mix until all are well combined
Press into well oiled tin so that it is about an inch high
Bake at 125C for about an hour (or until top is browned)
