Ingredients

    3 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons white flour
    1 cup of half and half (I like landolakes)
    1 cup of grated pamessan cheese
    1/2 teaspon of white pepper.

Directions

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a saute pan on low heat. Add flour to melted butter and stir. Once the consistency is that of a roux, slowly wisk in 1 cup of half and half. Sauce will thicken somewhat. Add pepper and wisk in 1 cup of parmesan grated cheese. Serve over fettucine or other posta with a grilled protein.
