Ingredients

    3/4 cup raw, unsalted cashews
    3/4 cup plain, unsweetened soy milk
    1/4 sushi vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tablespoons onion flakes
    2 tsp no salt seasoning
    1 tsp mustard



Tips

If it's too thick, just add in a bit more soymilk until you get the desired consistency.


Directions

Soak the cashews in the soymilk for a couple of minutes. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy.
