3/4 cup plain, unsweetened soy milk
1/4 sushi vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tablespoons onion flakes
2 tsp no salt seasoning

Tips
If it's too thick, just add in a bit more soymilk until you get the desired consistency.
Directions
