Ingredients

    1 onion, roughly chopped
    2 pork loins each cut into 4 pieces
    1 can Aylmer diced tomatoes (garlic & olive oil)
    1/2 cup Saha Shish Taouk marinade

Directions

place chopped onion in the crockpot
place chunks of tenderloin on top
pour in can of tomatoes
pour in marinade

Cook on high for 30 - 45 mins then to low.
Allow to cook all day, stirring occasionally.
Pull pork with 2 forks and mix into sauce.

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes (not included in nutritional information)
