Ingredients

1/2 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal
1/2 cup Fiber One original cereal
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp stevia or truvia
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp EACH ginger, cloves, and allspice
dash vanilla extract (up to 1/4 tsp--per your tastes)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl (I like to add in spices/sweetener last so they get better incorporated).
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 10-20 more minutes before cutting.
