Ingredients

    1 lb Beef Chuck
    1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can diced tomato
    1 pkg. Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1 can (14 oz) beef broth
    2 cups water
    2 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Seasoned Salt
    1 tsp garlic pepper

Tips

Serve with cornbread or tortillas on the side or top with sour cream or cheese (nutrition not included).


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-8 hours.
