    Ham for approx 12 slices
    3/4 cup of Yellow Mustard
    6 tsps brown sugar
approximately 6 whole cloves or 1 tsp ground cloves
optional 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple

If you have whole cloves insert them into the ham by cutting an X and inserting the cloves.

Combine mustard brown sugar and ground clove if you don't have whole cloves to make a paste. Rub paste on the ham.

Place the pieces of pinapple on the ham with toothpicks or let them sit in the bottom of the pan to cook in the juices.

Cook on 350 for about two hours or until done. you can use any left over juices to pour on top of the ham slices.

Makes approximately 12 slices.

  • This is much more what I've been looking for. Much tangier, which I prefer. - 4/22/11

  • This exactly like the ham I fix for Easter, but this year I plan to use the Brown Sugar/Splenda Blend...every calorie counts! Note that this is less than the pineapple/cherry topped glazed ham. GOOD HAM!!! - 4/20/11
