Ingredients

8 oz skinless chicken breast, diced
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1/4 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 cup bottled Classico Alfredo sauce
1 cup light mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan light
7 whole wheat lasagna noodles broken into bite sized pieces.
2 cups water
Tips
- if you like less salt, you may want to reduce or omit the onion soup mix, as it was a little salty.
- it also would be delicious with chopped onion and spinach. I didn't have any!
Directions
Cook diced chicken in skillet.
Add garlic and mushrooms.
Add 1 cup water, onion soup mix, spices and broccoli slaw. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Add lasagna noodles and 2 cups water. Cook 6 minutes.
Add Alfredo sauce. Cook 6 more minutes.
Stir in cheeses. Cook 5 more minutes until melted.
Serving Size: 6 servings
