Ingredients

    1 apple, chopped and treated with lemon juice to prevent browning
    1 tbsp sugar
    cinnamon
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. rolled outs, dry
    1/3 oz. pecans, chopped

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease a loaf pan

Toss the apples with the sugar and cinnamon and set them in the loaf pan.

Combine the butter, oats, pecans and brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the top of the apples.

Bake until the fruit bubbles, 20-30 minutes.
