Ingredients

    400g boneless chicken breast, chopped into chunks
    1/3 cup flour/cornstarch
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2tbsp salt
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    3 tbsp ketchup
    200ml Orange Juice
    4 tbsp brown sugar

Tips

Add some chilli flakes in for some heat.
Substitute the salt for 1 tbsp soy sauce


Directions

In a bowl mix together orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and ketchup.
Coat the chicken in the flour and a little salt. Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and brown the chicken.
Put the browned chicken into the crockpot then top with the sauce. Give a quick stir and leave to cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3.
