Ingredients

    1/4 cup barley
    1/4 cup wheat berries
    1/4 irish oatmeal
    1/3 cup dry milk
    2 tbsp flaxseed

Directions

soak wheat berries & barley overnight, drain & rinse in morning.
cook irish oats dry milk, rinsed & drained wheat berries & barley for 30 minutes. Can store cooked cereal in fridge. Add flax seed 1/2 tbsp to warmed cereal when serving. Add nuts & dried fruit to taste or fresh berries. Not included in recipe calculator.
