    1/2 Cup black beans (I prefer no-salt added)
    2 TBSP Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 TBSP Pea Guacamole
    1 TBSP Salsa
    1/4 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste


Drain and rinse black beans. Place black beans in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Using a fork smash the black beans until they have a refried bean consistency. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Microwave until hot.

    I'd never heard of pea guacamole, but after looking it up, I see that I've made a version using edamame--it's delicious! - 4/18/12
