    2 c. cooked chicken or 2 large cans of chicken
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. fat free sour cream
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro leaves (fresh)
    2 c. lite mexican blend cheese
    12 white corn tortillas or fat free flour


Preheat oven to 350* and spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Mix chicken and onion with 1 c. of cheese. In a pot heat soup, sour cream, chilies, cumin and cilantro. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll up and place in pan. Pour soup over. Bake 30 min. Top with remaining cheese the last 5 min of baking. Serve with picante sauce.
