Ingredients

    1 jar Kirkland Signature Marinara Sauce
    1 Onion chopped
    2 Skinless Chicken Breasts (you can either do boneless or fish the bones out later)
    6 Garlic
    2 - 2 1/2 TBSP chopped Fresh Oregano
    1 TBSP Salt
    1 bag Hanover premium yellow and zucchini squash blend
    1 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Add all ingredients except the veggies to the crock pot and set to 6 hours. After about 3 hours, add the veggies in, stirring well. Cook the remaining amount of time. Remove chicken, remove bones if necessary, cut into 1 to 2 inch cubes or shred (as you desire), return chicken to pot, stir and serve. 1 1/2 c per serving.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings 1 1/2 cups each.
