Ingredients

    1 white cake mix, baked according to low fat directions
    1 6 oz. package jello (I use raspberry, strawberry, or cherry)
    2 cups boiling water
    16 oz cool whip lite

Directions

Cook cake according to low fat directions. Leave in 9x13 pan and let cool.

Poke holes in cake using handle of a wooden spoon. Dissolve jello in boiling water and pour over cake. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until jello solidifies.

Frost with cool whip and decorate with your favorite fruits.
