Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * 1 can Pink Salmon (14 3/4 oz)
    * 1 Large Egg
    * 1/4 cup 1% Milk
    * 3/4 cup White Flour
    * Butter flavor Pam - 4 Sprays

Tips

As long as the patties are golden brown on each side they should be done in the middle and completely yummy!!!


Directions

1. Drain Salmon completely and pick out the small bones and place salmon into a medium size bowl.

2. Add egg, milk, and flour and stir until blended well.

3. Spray 12 inch skillet with butter flavored Pam.
(1 second each spray) and turn the burner on medium-high. Allow skillet to heat up.

4. Drop 4 separate heaping tablespoon of the salmon mixture into the hot skillet to form four patties..

5. Cook the patties 5 minutes (or until crispy on pan-side). Flip and repeat on other side.

Serving Size: one 4inch patty
