Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, 6 breasts
    Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free) - ~52 ounces
    Chicken bouillion, 2 cubes
    Baby Carrots - 8-ounce package
    Potatoes - 6 small (or 3 medium), quartered
    Celery, 3 large stalks, sliced
    Garlic salt, 2 tsp
    Celery salt, 1 tsp
    Black pepper, 1.5 tsp
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 16 ounces

Tips

We serve with biscuits.


Directions

Place all ingredients except frozen veggies into crockpot. Cook on high for 5 hours. Shred/chop chicken and return to crock and add frozen veggies (can use any mixed veggies). Cook for one additional hour on high.
