Introduction

Ingredients

    20 oz Ground Turkey 93/7
    4 cups thickly sliced yellow squash (about 3 medium)
    2/3c chopped yellow onion
    1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1/2c water
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1 dash garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. (This stuff ain't stickin!) Cook meat on medium high heat until ALMOST done then add squash and onions and continue cooking until done. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on medium low for about 30 minutes.
Yum! :)
